Being passive isn’t always a great trait for someone to have; sometimes it means you’re willing to look the other way when you’re being wronged or not even react when you’ve spent your whole adolescence unconditionally giving to those you love and yet they will not reciprocate. It leaves you screaming inside, but showing nothing on the surface. Stuck in your own mind. Sometimes, being passive with those you care about who indadvertedly hurt you can be no different to being the random stranger you see for a fraction of a second in the street, but never really remember seeing.

Welcome to what no sleep for 72 hours and the pressure of finals as a 3rd year University student does to a person.

Not that anyone will really notice this. 

Bleh.

I visited Japan in November 2011 for the exclusive purpose of urban exploration on Hashima Island. The island, completely abandoned since 1974, sits in the southwest coast of Japan in the East China Sea. Only a few people have been able to access the island for the purposes of urban exploration photography. We were fortunate to be the only people to ever get 8 hours of uninterrupted access to the island.

“Hashima Island, commonly called Gunkanjima or Gunkanshima (軍艦島; meaning Battleship Island), is one among 505 uninhabited islands in the Nagasaki Prefecture about 15 kilometers from Nagasaki itself.

The island was populated from 1887 to 1974 as a coal mining facility. The island’s most notable features are the abandoned concrete buildings and the sea wall surrounding it.” ~wikipedia

I will never comprehend why people idolise you. You're simply a man, with a man's face speaking on video about man's issues with a man's voice. Do you think you deserve the attention when you don't really do anything?

You do realise I respond to almost every compliment with “Aw thanks, but i’m nothing special or doing anything that great” or a variation of that, right? I’d be happy to screencap for your benefit. 

I don’t think I deserve the attention for anything other than my stories, which I work hard at to entertain people with. Nothing more. 

Also, I don’t just speak about male issues, which begs the question: Does my gender bother you?
